Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Carolina Beach, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children (sitting, standing, lifting, movement).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
