Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our Greensboro team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by BCBA-approved staff and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings and trainings.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
