Job summary

BrightBridge ABA seeks compassionate RBTs and BTs to join our growing team, working one-on-one with clients to implement ABA plans developed by BCBA supervisors. This role emphasizes learning, helping others, and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees in Psychology, Education, or related field are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions; valid driver's license may be required.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain high standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
