• High school diploma or equivalent; degree is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children; driving when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings.
