Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in North Carolina is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and supporting each client’s goals.

You’ll collaborate with a caring team, utilize data-driven ABA practices, and provide high-quality care in diverse settings while advancing professionally within the field of behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA and according to RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
