Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team providing high-quality ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical practices, family-centered care, and work-life balance, with opportunities for professional growth and access to PBS resources and conferences.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Analysts and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
