You will design and oversee intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful behavior change across home, school, and community settings. We emphasize work-life balance, professional mentorship, and ongoing CEU access.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure or credentialing may vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members as needed.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
