Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Related degree required and licensure/credentialing by local/state requirements may apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
