Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree; licensure and certification as required by local/state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
