Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to support meaningful client progress across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and ongoing professional development within a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification per local rules may apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
