Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality services for clients and families.

This role involves conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, collaborating with families and schools, and maintaining ethical BACB guidelines. You’ll work in home, school, and community settings with flexible scheduling and strong professional support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure and state-specific credentialing requirements apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
