Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven PBS team. You will design and oversee ABA services, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Licensure, credentialing, and certification as required by local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
