Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you’ll lead functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, ensure ethical practice, and support service delivery across home, school, and community settings. PBS offers flexibility, mentorship, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
