Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise staff and RBTs, and ensure high quality services while collaborating closely with families and schools.

You will work in a collaborative environment that values work-life balance, ongoing mentorship, and access to a full library of CEUs. Travel to client locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
