Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Case Manager for a Day Reporting Center. You will provide case management support, greet participants, assist with intake, and coordinate services while documenting progress in the company database.

The role requires facilitating CBT and life skills programs, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this on‑site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Minimum six months’ experience in Human Services or direct participant services.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record if transporting participants.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants entering the facility.
• May perform drug screens according to a random schedule.
• Complete initial intake process and input data into the company database.
• Provide general office administration and customer service.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination and reporting.
• Conduct risk/need assessments and develop individual treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence‑based CBT programs and life skills groups.
• Monitor participant progression and document progress in the database.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and documentation duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
