Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Day Reporting Center coordinator to provide case management support, assist with documentation, and coordinate services for participants.

You will learn and apply the Principles of Effective Intervention (What Works) to promote progress and reduce risk in collaboration with Case Managers. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greets participants and conducts intake with documentation in the database.
• May perform drug screens and breath analysis as part of check-ins.
• Assists Case Managers with case coordination and reporting.
• Provides general office duties and customer service to participants and staff.
• Supports participant progress tracking and documentation in the system.
• Facilitates evidence-based CBT programs and life-skills groups each week.
