ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, manage day-to-day clinic admin, and support inbound calls from new and existing families.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and contributing to a caring, team-oriented culture. Prior admin and customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communication.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how ABC helps children and families.
• Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support operations leadership.
• Model ABC core values and be a cultural role model for teammates.
