Job summary

ABC in Aurora, CO seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to guide families through the admissions process with empathy, accuracy, and care. You will manage daily clinic administration, handle inquiries, and become a subject matter expert on autism to help families feel informed and supported.

You’ll support operations and clinical leadership, embody our values, and contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented culture across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in administrative work, customer service, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Develop expertise on autism to explain how ABC helps children.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks for operations and leadership.
• Model ABC values and promote a positive team culture.
