Job summary

ABC is seeking an INTERNAL Clinic Admissions Associate in Aurora, CO to be the first point of contact for families entering ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, manage daily admin tasks, and respond to inquiries to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

We value a positive attitude, 1-2 years of admin or client-relations experience, and a commitment to supporting children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communication with referral sources.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand services.
• Assist marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
