Job summary

ABC seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate in North Austin, TX to guide families through the admissions process with empathy as the first contact for ABA therapy. You will handle administrative duties, inbound calls, and family support to ensure a smooth entry into care.

You will partner with operations and clinical leadership while embodying ABC values. A positive, team-oriented mindset and 1–2 years in admin or customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, manage documents, and coordinate communications with referrals.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain services and help families.
• Assist marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
• Model ABC core values and foster a collaborative culture.
