Job summary

ABC in Houston, TX seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to guide families through the ABA therapy admissions process with empathy and clear information. The role emphasizes administering clinic operations, handling inbound calls, and building meaningful relationships with families.

You will become a subject matter expert on autism and support marketing and admissions tasks while upholding ABC’s values and dedication to expanding access to care for children and their families.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics including document management, tracking of people and tasks, and communication with referral sources.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how ABC supports children and families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
• Model and promote ABC values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and be a cultural role model.
