ABC in Houston is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You’ll guide them through the admissions process with empathy, helping them feel informed and supported every step of the way.

In this role you will handle administrative tasks, answer inbound calls, and become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families. We value caring, teamwork, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for clinics.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain ABC's approach.
• Assist with marketing and admissions tasks for operations.
• Model ABC core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun).
