Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Autism Therapy Services in Middlesex, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. This center-based role involves working one-on-one with children and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of experience with children, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands may include standing for long periods and engaging with children on floor or standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children to carry out individualized treatment plans.
