Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Toms River, NJ to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. Positions are center-based with various schedules.

Requirements include HS Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401k, generous PTO, and weekly pay, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions may include long periods of standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
