Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children, carrying out individualized treatment plans.

The role offers center-based opportunities with various schedules, ongoing training, and a track record of over 20 years in service delivery. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Physical demands may include standing, sitting, lifting and interacting with children on the floor or standing for long periods

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician
