Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Toms River, NJ seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, implement individualized treatment plans, and contribute to a team with over 20 years of experience in autism

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• It is an essential function to meet the rigorous demands of the job (standing, lifting, engaging with children, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
