Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves working one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a dedicated team.

This center-based position offers various schedules and a path for growth. Qualifications include a HS Diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands may include standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Follow and implement BCBA-approved protocols and procedures.
