Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. BTs will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.

Center-based roles with flexible schedules in Voorhees, NJ. Eligible candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinically.
• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized treatment plans.
