Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician at our center in Cherry Hill, NJ.

You will work one-on-one with children, carry out individualized treatment plans, and help children achieve meaningful progress in a supportive, growth-focused environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Physical ability to stand/sit for long periods and engage with children on the floor or standing.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Document progress and communicate with the team.
