Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. You will work one-on-one with children according to individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, moving, floor activities)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans
