Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to deliver direct ABA therapy under a BCBA, working one-on-one with children according to individualized plans.

Center-based positions with flexible schedules and pathways for growth. Minimum HS diploma, 6–12 months experience with children (ABA preferred), and ability to work independently or in a team are required. We offer strong benefits and career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
