Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision. The role involves working one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a BCBA clinician.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a center-based team to implement treatment plans and ensure safety.
