Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Sales Territory Manager in Minnesota to drive revenue and expand the customer base. You will manage field promotions and relationships with physicians, clinics, and device users, while coordinating resources across Inside Sales, Regional Account Sales, and Clinical Sales Teams.

The role emphasizes strategy, execution, and customer education to grow the Chattanooga & LightForce lines, with travel to national events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or relevant Customer Service.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue goals for the designated territory.
• Cultivate customer relationships with physicians and clinic staff.
• Develop and execute a business plan to exceed goals.
• Utilize Salesforce to track contacts, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Coordinate resources to drive revenue through multiple sales channels.
• Represent Enovis at tradeshows and conferences.
