Job summary

NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face outreach to small business owners. You will present NFIB’s mission, engage owners where they are, and invite them to join a national movement that advocates for entrepreneurs and local economies.

As a hunter/closer, you’ll follow a structured sales model, overcome objections, and close enrollments in a single visit. Training and strong earning potential are offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
