NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face, community-based work. You’ll meet small business owners where they are, present NFIB's impact, and invite them to join a national movement advocating on their behalf.

This hunter/closer role offers a structured sales model, performance-based pay, weekly commissions, and uncapped earning potential, with average compensation around $80,000–$200,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face, in-person prospecting with small business owners.
• Ability to deliver a concise, persuasive five-minute sales presentation.
• Proven ability to handle objections and close enrollments in one visit.
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
