• Advanced Excel proficiency with data analysis and reporting dashboards.
• PowerPoint expertise for executive-ready presentations.
• Change Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Monitor readiness and measure adoption via dashboards.
• Design and deliver role-based training, job aids, coaching and practice opportunities.
• Attend intake meetings to gather scope and impact information.
• Keep change agents informed and set up meetings with teams.
• Create clear, consistent communication materials detailing purpose, benefits and impact of changes.
• Operationalize change and communication strategies to foster transparency and engagement.
