Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an experienced Change Manager who will lead and execute complex change initiatives across multiple departments. You will apply structured change management methodologies to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure project success, partnering with leaders and project teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, training, communications, and metrics to measure adoption.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools including team member analysis & management, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy and change story development for complex, large scale change initiatives.
Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and influence decisions based on change metrics.
Excellent facilitation skills and knowledge of group dynamics concepts.
Excellent training and communications methodologies knowledge.
Strong project management knowledge and lifecycle methodology familiarity.
Strong ability to influence across department and leadership levels.
Substantial insurance business knowledge or shared services/consulting functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across one or more departments.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with business objectives and maximize adoption.
Conduct impact, sponsor and readiness assessments to inform change strategies.
Define people-specific objectives and key results to benefit realization.
Operate independently to execute change strategy and engage participants.
Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
Design and deliver communication and training plans for change initiatives.
Provide coaching to leaders to fulfill change leadership roles.
Identify resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
Track and report change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
Ensure compliance with CSAA IG change management guidelines (ADKAR, Prosci, Proxima).
Develop User Acceptance Testing strategy and plan when needed.
