Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) in Alabama is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality ABA services to clients across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and staff.
• Oversee ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
