Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
