Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team in Alabama. You will design and supervise behavior plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will supervise RBTs and Analysts, conduct FBAs, and monitor progress with data. A strong commitment to ethics, collaboration with families, and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and students.
• Familiarity with ethics and BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
