Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven Alabama team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and analyst staff.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to promote skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
