Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in Alabama. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to build meaningful, lasting behavior change.

Qualifications

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
Related degree required; licensure and certification may vary by state.
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by BACB and PBS policies.
