Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to join our team in Alabama. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
