Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services in Alabama. You will design and supervise behavior interventions with families and supervise RBTs and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees and family members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
