Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a qualified BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team in Alabama. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and deliver high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and Analysts.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
