Positive Behavior Support Corp. in Alabama seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with caregivers to support client progress. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure as per local/state rules.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
