iCIMS is seeking a Manager in the Account Services Department to work closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met and partnerships are strengthened.

You will identify opportunities to extend product adoption, participate in presentations, and collaborate with Marketing to create client references and testimonials. Strong communication and client-relations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic track record.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in client relations and HR systems or software project management is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and opportunities to add products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, on-site meetings, and seminars.
• Work with Marketing to develop client references and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to drive renewal rate.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues.
