Job summary

Community Connections in Washington, DC is seeking an on-site Part-Time Data Analyst for the ReEntry PTR program. You will build and sustain data collection, analyze outcomes, and monitor performance to support program evaluation and decision-making, including collaboration with Chestnut Health Systems.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting to funders, with a focus on continuity of care and community reintegration for justice-involved individuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Minimum two years of data analysis or program evaluation experience.
• Experience with grant-funded programs.
• Experience with HIPAA and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Track participant engagement, service utilization, and continuity of care.
• Develop and maintain participant tracking systems and databases.
• Collect, organize, validate, and monitor program data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of all program data.
• Maintain secure storage of confidential participant information.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Prepare dashboards and data summaries for staff, leadership, funders.
• Support evaluation planning and data submissions with Chestnut Health Systems.
