Job summary

Community Connections in Washington, DC, seeks a Supervisor to provide clinical, administrative, and programmatic oversight for its ReEntry program, a two-year demonstration funded by BMS Foundation.

The role supervises two case managers, maintains a small direct-service caseload, and coordinates with local partners to ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services during pre-release, 30 days post-release, and the six-month post-release period.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience.
• Experience with justice-involved populations.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and program evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with criminal justice agencies and community partners.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small direct-service caseload and engage clients pre-release through six-month post-release.
• Develop individualized recovery and transition plans.
• Lead program operations and ensure fidelity to the PTR model.
• Coordinate startup, training, operational planning, and ongoing program refinement.
• Monitor enrollment, fidelity, data quality, and grant deliverables.
• Collaborate with DC Department of Corrections, Department of Behavioral Health, Unity Health Care and community partners.
