Job summary

Community Connections in Washington, DC is recruiting a Part-Time Data Analyst for the ReEntry PTR program. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, reporting, and program evaluation to support successful reentry from incarceration to community living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Data Analytics, Statistics, Social Work, Psychology, Health Informatics, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, quality improvement, or performance management.
• Experience managing complex datasets and generating reports.
• Experience working with behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or criminal justice programs.

Responsibilities

• Track participant engagement, service utilization, and continuity of care across pre-release planning, the first 30 days following release, and full six-month post-release intervention period.
• Develop data collection systems, databases, and dashboards for reporting.
• Monitor data quality and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Chestnut Health Systems and external evaluators on data submissions and analyses.
